Fixes also a lot of psalm issues
This now passes the PHP environment to psalm and therefore resolves the issues with mixed return types.
This should resolve the typing issues regarding LoggerAwareTrait
Fix composer.json for PHP 8
Fix composer dependencies
Allow symfony/dependency-injection v7.0
