GitHub has a file limit size for uploads to repositories - a number of the datasets used (e.g. satellite covariate environmental raster layers) and outputs generated (e.g. the multinomial logistic regression output) are larger than this filesize. In order for the analyses presented in the paper to be fully reproducible, those datasets and outputs are being made available here as a GitHub release.

  • A folder called Processed which contains all of the processed environmental rasters used to generate the ecological covariates. This folder should be unzipped and placed in the Datasets/Satellite_Covariates directory.
  • A file called Raster_Stack.gri which is the stack of all the individual rasters in Satellite_Covariates/Processed, and which is used for the ecological covariates used in the multinomial logistic regression model. This file should be placed in the Datasets/Extracted_Covariates_for_Modelling directory.
  • A file called Multinomial_Logistic_Regression_STAN_Output.rds which is the output from the full multinomial logistic regression model fitting. This file should be placed in the Outputs/Logistic_Regression_Output directory.

Together, these files provide everything required to reproduce the analyses and outputs generated in this work. This release is made with Zenodo integration, and its publishing is associated with a unique, archived Digital Object Identifier (DOI). If reading this on Zenodo, for further information, see https://github.com/cwhittaker1000/anopheleseasonality.
