4秒載入一次資料總數，但每0.1秒跳動一次數值。
當百位鄉民在輸入資料時會即時看到快速跳動的數字，超爽~

Not yet read the code diffs.
I personally think this is a brilliant idea, not only to reduce http connections but also to improve UE/UX.
