First 0.8 beta

This is the first beta release for the card proxy application to be used during the IRMA Kerckhoffs pilot (https://www.irmacard.org/pilot/).

This release uses the new setup which requires a relaying web proxy service (https://github.com/credentials/irma_web_relay) which can be contacted by both the user's browser and the phone application.
