- detect use of destroyed coro_handle - exposed `dumpCoroStacks()` function for debugging - made stacks more accurate
No idea why this never caused problems, even with MallocScribble on. Only discovered it during ESP32 bringup where it _did_ break.
although lifecycle logging won't show type names
On ESP32, this reduces binary size by 180KB!
To go back to spdlog, define macro CROUTON_USE_SPDLOG as 1
and fixed a few places where GCC didn't like it
