Add very simple flow recycler metrics to squelch a warning about FR#01, too. Closes #7
Instead of re-connecting to Suricata for every scrape request, keep a single persistent connection instead protected by a single mutex. Not expecting many current scrapes, so that should be acceptable.

Suricata 7.0.0 added a few new counters, too, but might do as a follow-up.
