As mentioned in #423, this PR is to update the event website for sustainability week 2024.

  • add year to previous event (2023) and changed slug
  • change content for 2024 using introduction from the blog post, adding YouTube video, adding section why participate from the organizer doc, and updating the contact and resource links.
  • remove content to be known after the event
  • the same changes are applied to ko and es language.
  • additionally, I notice that, in es, there is a different weight of oss-2023 event which I am not sure whether it is intentionally or not. I change it from 2 to 98 (to be the same as other language).

amended commits:

  • change link to 2023 event from absolute path to relative path
  • remove old link to 2023 organizer doc
  • reverse the change to fix CI failure
  • change 2023 to suffix, update logo image, add event location table with TBD

**At the beginning week of October 2024**, the [CNCF community groups around the globe](https://community.cncf.io/chapters/) will organize meetups in their cities with a focus on cloud native sustainability. These meetups can be organized by anyone interested in supporting the effort. Additionally, the [CNCF Environmental Sustainability Technical Advisory Group (TAG ENV)](http://github.com/cncf/tag-env-sustainability), will host a virtual meetup. The recordings of the virtual and recorded in person event will be uploaded to the playlist on YouTube.

Add event pages in /zh. You may update the content later in Chinese.
I'm not sure whether you can add commit directly to this PR or not.

@sergioarmgpl & @Dianmz are working on it! There is another PR with some open comments that yet need to be addressed, before we have automated notifications for translators in place (see PR #407)

In general, we strive to translate any documents we publish in all other languages we have set up

I am good with publishing this as is and translating this document over the next couple of weeks. @Nancy-Chauhan we could open issues for each language that the page needs to be translated (into Spanish, Korean etc.). In future, automation would take over this task to detect content that needs to be translated.

Thank so much you for all reviewers.
I'm sorry but I just notice that there is Korean version that missing the latest update for changing logo, correcting from beginning week to first week, and adding the event table. I hope this could be fixed together with the translation update.
