  2. feat: allow changing the casing of the Level field 

    Users can now choose between `Lowercase` and `Uppercase` for the
casing of the Level fields value.

Example output (pretty-printed for readability):

`Casing::Uppercase`

The default remains `Casing::Lowercase`.
