ksmbd: release 3.3.7 version

Major change are:

• Fix an issue that directories appear as files when using windows
  backup.
• Fix xfstests generic/241 failure on life test.
• Update ksmbd shutdown and debug print on/off using ksmbd.control in cifsd.rst.
