• support LocalDb
• allow RoundhousE by full connection string

NServiceBus

• cleaned up duplicate code between local and remote tasks

MSMQ

• Add ability to set queue permissions by passing raw MessageQueueAccessRights

Note that we were going to add some NServiceBus/MSMQ default setups, but as we dug more into NServiceBus, we realized we didn't know fully what those default setups should be. We therefore removed that functionality into our own extensions to dropkick, and as we mature in our NServiceBus setup knowledge, we'll look for some opportunities to put that goodness into the product proper.
