bifrost_jaccard

bifrost_jaccard recovers the list of colors from a graph and calculates the pair-wise jaccard distance between colors based on the number of common k-mers.

Usage

bifrost_jaccard prefix/to/bifrost/files colors.txt pairwise_distances.tsv
