Until the extractor and interface is fully integrated with NeuroConv, adding them here to be able to move forward with the conversion. The
bioformats_jarconda dependency is added directly into the make_env.yml file, and the AICSImageIO is also added to the conversion folder's pip requirements file.The full conversion of the example data was tested and the stubbed version is uploaded here.
Note that the CXD file doesn't contain metadata about the
session_start_time, for that information we are relying on the fiber photometry data.
