Purpose of change
This allows making generic weak mixed alcohol by watering down strong alcohol, letting you basically make grog without actually bothering to write up a separate comestible just for it.
Describe the solution
Added an alternative recipe for weak mixed alcohol combining 7 units of relevant strong alcohol (250 ml) to 4 clean water (1 L), producing 5 units (1.25 L) of weak mixed alcohol.
Compare the recipes for ethanol and denatured alcohol asking for 14 units of strong mixed alcohol or 10 units of weak mixed alcohol.
