  1. Re-sync with Launchpad /doc folder after initial migration 

    There were some changes which happened after extracting the
documentation from the Launchpad tree.

This commit adds them again.

The migration is almost done, and with the set up of a redirect, the
Launchpad `/doc` folder can be deleted, so there is more chance for
getting out of sync.
