* Add ramp-tokens.json

* Update package logic to include ramp-tokens.json

Add util addSupportedCoinbaseTokens which fetches the supported
coinbase currencies and merges them into the new ramp-tokens.json file.

* Bump package to 1.8.0

* Add in decimals and set to 18 so it can be parsed, even though it won't be used
