This PR fixes typos at brave_sync_code_dialog.html

1. Setup Sync
2. Open brave://settings/braveSync/setup
3. Press Add New Device
   4a. Press Phone/Tablet
   4b. Press Computer

Should not be any unexpected visual behavior at 4a/4b .
