코드 고쳐가면서 이것저것 확인했는데, imageCompress module이 문제가 있는 것 같습니다. newProps 객체 만드는 부분에서 그 해당 코드 주석 처리하면 imageHandler 내부 넣어둔 로그도 찍히고 CORS 에러 나오는 것으로 봐선 imageHandler는 잘 동작하는 것 같습니다. compress module이 왜 문제인지는 잘 모르겠네요..ㅠㅠ
