## Payout Execution Steps

### Shell

#### Lead Operator

Before taking the below steps, SET_UP_ENVIRONMENT using instructions below

##### Bootstrapping (if needed)

1. From a running shell, run `bootstrap PATH_TO_OPERATOR_KEY`

##### Payout Execution

1. - [ ] Initialize the payout from the file: `payout PATH_TO_FILE`
1. - [ ] Confirm that the total amount and number of payments printed here
match those in the Payout Summary in #payouts-private for this payout ID.
2. Ensure that the custodian listed in the output of this step matches your expectation.
3. Sanity check the other values printed, such as maximum payment value
4. Verify that there are sufficient balances in the custodial accounts and
on-chain addresses to fulfill the payments.

#### Preparing the Evnironment
