Adds a new page to the
BOB SDKsection of theBuilddocs that briefly explains BOB Gateway and provides a step-by-step integration tutorial based on /sdk/examples/gateway.ts.Steps only work after our GitHub actions upgrade our npm package to 1.3.0, adding the Gateway API to the package.
