Major update to modernize old dependencies.

Updated to be python3.12 compatible. Dropped conda dependency. Added requiremnets.txt to manage dependencies via python venv.
Reworked cropping routine. Should be more robust now.
Put under GPLv3 license.
Simplified CLI interface and installation. Added a 5 second embryo video to allow users to test the software.
