The BIDS Maintainers Group guide can be found in the ´bids-specification´ GitHub repository:
The guide is not fixed and is continuously improved and changed.
If you want to contribute, please open an issue on the bids-specification GitHub repository,
or provide a Pull Request with your suggested changes.
Notes from the BIDS Maintainers Group's biweekly meetings are available in this Google Doc.
Currently, these meeting notes are not publicly viewable.
If you want to join the biweekly meetings, or have access to the meeting notes,
please get in touch with on of the BIDS maintainers
(for example by pinging them on an issue in this repository, using @bids-standard/maintainers).
The BIDS maintainers submit monthly reports to the BIDS Steering Group as per the BIDS Governance Document.
From March 2020 until April 2024, these reports took the form of individual Google Docs (one per month). These reports are publicly viewable and can be found a Google Drive.
From May 2024 onward, the way reports are handled has been changed. BIDS Steering Group members are now referred to the BIDS Maintainers Group biweekly meeting notes, and asked to please inspect the notes of the two most recent meetings per month.
