Key changes in the release:
- finally dropped the problematic jQuery dependency
- Moved build infrastructure from now-derelict JSPM to mainstream Webpack5
- Refactored frontend codebase from Javascript to Typescript, use newer Browser APIs
- somewhat improved frontend code quality and security posture (up-to-date mainstream dependencies, snyk scan)
- Placed a drop-in ready JS version of the "EZJump" form into
ezjump/for those that don't want to use the menu
