Fix: Android build

• Need to downgrade to golang v1.22.4 to avoid this bug: runtime: crash since Go 1.22.5 on Alpine (newstack at runtime.printlock) golang/go#68285
• Use https://github.com/berty/weshnet/releases/tag/v2.0.3 that fixes the missing IPFS mobile repo path, needed to init correctly IPFS on Android.
• Android 11 and later restrict some permissions (x/mobile: fix net.Interface() and net.InterfaceAddrs() in Android11 version golang/go#61089). The workaround is to get local interfaces in Java native code, and then give them to the replaced go-multiaddr package in go.mod.
• To use mDNS on Android, we need to lock a multicast locker (https://developer.android.com/reference/android/net/wifi/WifiManager.MulticastLock). That's why we initialize mDNS with a custom IPFS node, and give it to the weshnet service (see core.go file). mDNS is optional to init IPFS, and currently there are no options to disable it from react-native (we will add them in later PR).
• Upgrade to Expo to the latest version (51.0.37)

On an Ubuntu 22.04 virtual machine with a physical Android phone, in weshnet-expo/examples, npm run android starts and the phone and shows the message with the peerid.
