Allow superscript/subscript turnm-derived characters to access all serif variants of u under Quasi-Proportional. #2468

At some point recently, superscript/subscript characters were given more sophisticated divframes. This PR allows turnm/turnmLeg/cyrl/te/cyrl/sha to access all serif variants when superscript/subscript, instead of a subset of them as if they were still monospace.

Overscript/underscript (i.e. combining) forms are unchanged as they still assume a diversity of 1.
