GeoIP v1 databases are deprecated and will be terminated on January 2, 2019.
Also they can no longer be downloaded using geoipupdate tool.
You should migrate to GeoIP v2 databases as soon as possible - Please follow migration tutorial.
Documentation was removed to discourage anyone from using this module. You can find it in historical commits if you really need it.
