"If walls could talk, what could they tell you?"
"What about the plazas, the statues, the fountains and the streets? Take yourself back to a place that was brand new to you, and imagine hearing authentic stories from locals everywhere you go. Presenting voices, where you can hear the culture and memories behind every landmark and street corner. Then, bring personal stories to life by adding your voice to your favorite places."
voices is a React Native app designed to help people connect to the stories behind a location. Users can record themselves telling a story about their favorite places, and other users can learn about a new place by listening to those stories.
voices is a group project made for Stanford's CS147 course, and this repo holds the source code for our React Native app. My group was Baker Sharp (me), Krishnan Nair, Ayelet Drazen, and Taylor Lallas
You can see all of the details of our project on the website!
