Writing a small application to partially extract and convert character data.

Decode LF2 data files: https://github.com/azriel91/lf2_codec
Parse it into LF2 data model: https://github.com/azriel91/lf2_parse.
- Parse header.
- Parse frame.
Map it to Will data model.
Write out the file.
