Issue #1791
Description of changes:
start the kubelet, a conditional check is added. Thesystemctl is-active --quiet kubeletcommand will succeed (exit code 0) if kubelet is active and running. If not, it logs an error message and exits the script with code 1, indicating failure.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
