The current support guideline says we use ROS Answers for user support.
However, few people watch it and the responses are not good.

So we've proposed to use GitHub Discussions at the December TSC.

Also regarding the communication platform, Fatih-san has proposed to use Discord instead of Slack at the December TSC. It's under discussion.

If we agree with GitHub Discussions, we have to decide in which repository we'll turn on the feature because too many places might cause confusion.
