Description

The sample rosbag provided for the Rosbag replay simulation is too old (Feb 26, 2021). It would be nice to upload a new rosbag that was recorded recently.

Additionally, the timestamp between top velodyne packets is not 100ms, which will cause problems for the new design of the concatenation node in the pointcloud preprocessor.

Purpose

To solve the problem caused by old rosbag.

Possible approaches

Upload a new rosbag from tier 4 rosbag.

Definition of done

The new rosbag can be downloaded by users and can be replayed with no issue.
