This adds RDatafFrame and uproot notebooks for H->ZZ->4L with the new ATLAS Open Data release.

Ntuples to use will be uploaded to eos

Hi @eirikgr, thanks for the PR. Is this still relevant? I see some conflicts wrt the main branch.
