This PR bumps the compat entry for DimensionalData v0.27 in tests and docs, which allows us to test against InferenceObjects v0.4.0.
Since we re-export InferenceObjects, and InferenceObjects v0.4 was breaking, this is technically a breaking change, so we mark it as such.
