Improve read lengths histogram x-axis domain

The read-lengths histogram is skewed by the presence of a few long reads. Ideally this would be interactive, but as a short-term solution we should filter out the few reads which cause this to happen. This may be a bug, as even in log-scale I can't actually see any very long reads, so i'm unsure why the array is the size it is.
