Machine learning model for predicting the price of real estate securities based on various features of the property. Utilizing python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, XGBoost, Seaborn, and Sklearn, the model was able to accurately predict prices based on factors such as the area, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and number of stories of the house.
