  1. Revert "Add a sample showing how to use PGO." 

    This passed the checks when it was uploaded but then sat in limbo for
quite a while, and the checks changed underneath it. It's now blocking
submitting any PRs because the checked-in build is broken.

This reverts commit 59f3a42.
