Update marketing cloud repo to https
-Refactored outdated getToken() logic
…/cordova-plugin-fcm-with-dependecy-updated into marketing-cloud-split
-Changed MarketingCloudSDK dependency to use secure https
-Refactored environment based handling of google-services file to use the new preferences implementation
-Added build logs to show when the google-services file is found
-Added logs for which ENV is prefrence is used
-Added better google-services file not found messages
