My background as a Software Engineer and my unwavering enthusiasm for AI innovations make me well-suited for this role. I am committed to staying at the cutting edge of AI developments and translating that knowledge into engaging learning experiences.

Furthermore, the prospect of collaborating with a visionary team like ALX and The Room, and contributing to Africa's transformation, is a journey I'm eager to embark upon. As a proud beneficiary & graduate of the ALX software engineering program, I not only share the oALG's vision but also have a deep understanding of the power of project-based learning. My journey through the program has equipped me with the skills to not only code but to truly comprehend the practical application of technology.

Having previously taken on the role of teaching my peers in a FellowClass on Leveraging Low-Code Technologies, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of education when it's delivered with passion and innovation.

My practical experience extends beyond the classroom. I've developed several AI and ML applications, including a ChatGPT plugin and a Slack bot tailored for context-specific email responses. Currently, I'm immersed in building a Data Analysis application that generates reports on a bank's loan book health based on IFRS 9 accounting standards.

I'm a perpetual learner, constantly expanding my knowledge, especially in the realm of AI & ML. My commitment to staying at the forefront of AI and ML developments is evident in my dedication to following thought leaders such as Jerry Liu of Llama Index, McKay Wrigley of LangchainAI, and Sharon Zhou of LaminiAI. I also subscribe to newsletters like The Neuron to ensure I'm always up to date with the latest advancements in the field. Furthermore, I am a member of the DeepLearningAI community where I aim to learn from the ML sage that is Andrew Ng, among many others.
