- Added `state_update_alert` to ResumeTest for more detailed torrent state tracking. - Introduced `s.swig().post_torrent_updates()` to request regular state updates. - Refactored `STATS` alert handling to use `STATE_UPDATE` for more comprehensive status logging. - Updated log output to include torrent name, seeding time, and active time during state updates. (Not sure if this will actually build for libtorrent4j, it does for jlibtorrent, because the `.swig()` I think that may have changed with libtorrent4j)
