* Read alignments

* Implement civil horizontal alignment window

* Refactor civil code

* Import and export 3D civil data

* Make 3D alignment adjustable to IFC model

* Draw vertical alignment only for selected alignments

* Pull changes from apogea

* Make road anchor saveable

* Save alignments camera position

* Improve 2d scene grid scale

* Restore road navigator 3d alignment

* Rebuild examples
