The Valportaal is the patient portal associated with the adfice_ace clinician CDSS. It allows the patient to view a summary of the decisions made during their fall clinic visit, as well as find general information about falls and fall prevention.

Both the Valportaal and the CDSS are being studied in the ADFICE_IT research project. The source code is provided here in the interests of research integrity and transparency. It is not intended to be used to make medical decisions.
