Development release

This release adds a bunch of essential commands for handling containers, and adds an easy way to do manual testing against different Docker versions.

First development release

This is the first release of XD-Docker.

It contains only limited functionality, but has a rather complete project setup in place.

An extensive unit test suite is in place, with 100% code coverage. An integration test suite is in place, testing against all supported Docker versions. Documentation is built and published to readthedocs.org. Releases are (hopefully) automatically deployed PyPI.
