I am trying to detect CNVs using SNP arrays obtained with the Illumina OmniExpressExomeBeadChip.
In doing so, there are multiple probes with the same coordinates on the Illumina OmniExpressExomeBeadChip, should I perform any processing on them?
If removing duplicates or other processing would lead to more accurate CNV calling, I would be interested to know how to do.
It would be great if you could you could tell me.
