Start prog: PayACME <input filename>
The textfile (input file) must follow the following syntax per line:
<name of the employee>=<WD><workStart>-<workEnd>[,<WD><workStart>-<workEnd>]
Abbreviations for WD: MO, TU, WE, TH, FR, SA, SU
workStart and workEnd are from 00:00 to 23:59
