To use this application, you will need:
- Node.js and Yarn installed on your computer
- Basic knowledge of React, Vite, Tailwind, DaisyUI, and Formik
- Clone this repository to your local machine.
- Run
yarnto install the necessary dependencies. - Run
yarn devto start the development server. - Open
localhost:5173in your web browser to view the application.
- Fill out the questionnaire form with the client's details.
- Click the "Submit" button to submit the form.
- If all required fields are filled in correctly, you will be redirected to a success page.
- If any required fields are missing or filled in incorrectly, you will see an error message.
