[VEN-2726]: Deployment of XvsVault on OpSepolia

Description

Resolves VEN-2726

This PR includes the deployments of XVSVault and XVSStore on OpSepolia.

Deployed Addresses:
    "XVSStore": "0xE888FA54b32BfaD3cE0e3C7D566EFe809a6A0143",
    "XVSVaultProxy": "0x4d344e48F02234E82D7D1dB84d0A4A18Aa43Dacc",

Note: Need to update package version of Governance, Token-Bridge and Oracle once released.
