Initial release of pytket-service.

  • support files (BASE64 encoded implementations) and urls as input for compilation and execution
  • support circuits in Quil, PyQuil, OpenQASM, and Qiskit as input
  • supports compilation and execution for Rigetti or IBMQ machines
