Include definitions for
AArch64.SysRegWriteandAArch64.SysRegReadenabled by extended parsing in https://github.com/UQ-PAC/mra_tools. Also eliminates use ofsym_append_bits_unsafeby improving integer simplifications to the point where more complex slice calculations can be successfully reduced to widths.
