Virtual Reality Scientific Visualisation of Pollution Using VTK and OpenXR

Visualisation of Polution representing a small Urban area using VTK with python wrapper and OpenXR SDK for Virtual Reality integration and interaction.

It's currently subdivived into 3 parts:

1. Data collection by the Environmental Department present in an organized way inside the NOx, Structures and VEL folders. For more information on this check the Readme_docs.txt file.
2. VTK flat-screen code processing in order to create and test scientific visualizations to achieve optimal perception and understanding of our data, present inside the Code folder, through the Environment, Pollution and Stacked Models folders.
3. Adaptation of our code and visualizations to a Virtual Reality environment, integrating the OpenXR SDK on top of VTK, present in the VR Test Models folder. For more information on this check the Readme_OPENXR.txt file.
