Tweaked Petroleum

This mod adds more configuration options to Immersive Petroleum's reservoirs and pumpjacks (speed, power usage and capacity is dependent on the type of fluid reservoir and is not set globally). It's intended to be used by modpack developers, and is not adding any functionality by its own. It also requires CT to add the custom reservoirs instructions can be found on the github repo wiki.
