RakshaKavach! v0.7

Hey! Major update! This release adds Bluetooth functionality to the app. It is done so by using the pyjnius library. The bluetooth will only work on a specific device with a specific bluetooth ID as of now. Also fixed some bugs and dysfunctionalities. App should probably be working on most android devices, please let me know through issues tab if any problems arise.

This may be the last update, as the project is planning to be discontinued, but let's hope for the best!

The android version of the app has successfully been developed! It may be very bad and the UI is actually just bad, but it works! Until it doesn't. I just cannot get the pyttsx3 to work on android. I'll just keep trying :/
